Our printing process allows us to print lower minimums, which gives you the flexibility to only order what you need.
Our minimums start at 10 pieces and certain specials start at 15 pieces.
We can also mix and match certain apparel. For example, if you need both T-shirts and hoodies. We could do 5 T-shirts and 5 hoodies to meet the minimum.

For a long time, screen printing has always been t

For a long time, screen printing has always been the go-to for getting custom t-shirts and apparel.
Vinyl has long been used for small runs but has not been the best option for multiple washes.
Things like DTG, screen-printed heat transfers, and DTF have been around, but improvements needed to be made.
Direct-to-film printing has come to the point where longevity, washability, and quality are no longer issues.
When it comes to comparing DTF to Screen Printing, the biggest difference is going to be in the actual printing process rather than quality.
Every print shop is different, but because of our DTF process, our minimums are lower, no charge extra for full-color designs, and no set-up fees. With screen printing, the usual minimum is 25 to 30 pieces per garment. Extra cost for multiple colors and set-up fees.
To answer the question, is DTF better than screen printing? They are both equal in quality. Everything depends on your needs, such as quantity, different SKUs, and colors.
